Meet Dr. Reinglass
Dr. Howard Reinglass provides the full spectrum of eye care services for Children and Adults. He is a highly skilled, board-certified Ophthalmologist with more than 40 years of successful eye care and optical surgery experience. Dr. Reinglass founded the Vision Correction Center at Lakeshore Physicians and Lakeshore Eye Physicians & Surgery Center.
Education
Dr. Howard Reinglass is a James Scholar of the University of Illinois. Dr. Reinglass received his Doctorate of Medicine at the age of 23 from the University of Illinois Medical School as the outstanding graduating senior in neurology. Dr. Reinglass studied Neuro-Ophthalmology at the Neurological Institute at Queens Square, London, England. Dr. Reinglass completed an internship at the University of Iowa and served his residency in the Department of Ophthalmology, Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary at the University of Illinois. In addition, Dr. Reinglass completed a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology with Dr. Martin Urist at the University of Illinois.
Credentials
Dr. Reinglass is Board Certified in Ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He continues as a clinical instructor at the Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary at the University of Illinois. He is a consultant at the world famous Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Reinglass is published in the Archives of Ophthalmology and the American Journal of Ophthalmology. Dr. Reinglass presented at the American Medical Association and received the prestigious Knapp Award for outstanding paper in Ophthalmology.

Dr. Reinglass is a recognized member of the American Medical Association, Illinois State Medical Society, Chicago Medical Society, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the International Society of Refractive Surgery.
Dr. Reinglass has extensive training and numerous advanced education courses and seminars in the treatment of diseases of the eye; his breadth of knowledge, skill and experience yield astonishing surgical results. Dr. Reinglass is trained, approved and certified in all phases of Photorefractive technology and is a mentor for physicians all over the country in the use of the Excimer Laser for vision correction.
Additionally Dr. Reinglass has more than 30 years experience in performing surgery for the treatment of Cataracts, Glaucoma, Optical Diabetes, Pterygium procedures and corneal transplantation; as well as expertise in the use of laser procedures for the treatment of additional ocular conditions.
Pioneering Ophthalmology
Dr. Reinglass pioneered the use of the RK (Radial Keratectomy) to eliminate near sightedness. When the Excimer Laser received FDA approval in the United States, Dr. Reinglass was one of the first in the country to purchase an Excimer Laser and begin use of the laser for PRK (Photorefractive Keratectomy) treatment. Dr. Reinglass continually performs the advanced Lasik (Flap and Zap) procedure, which allows most people to see the next day without glasses or contacts.
Meet Bill M. Park, O.D. of Park Family Eye Care Located in North Aurora, IL
Dr. Bill Park was born and raised in Aurora. Dr. Park is a Gold Ivy Leaf honors graduate from Aurora University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. He received his Doctorate of Optometry and Bachelor of Science in Visual Science from the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Park was a Beta Sigma Kappa honors student there as well. He has been in practice since 1977. Dr. Park has been President of the Exchange Club of Aurora and Past President of the North Aurora Lions Club. He is also serving as the Chairman of SightFirst II. He is recently served as Chairman of the Provena Mercy Medical Center Foundation. He is an advisory board member and volunteer doctor to the Provena Diabetes Wellness Center. He is also a member and past President of the Fox Valley Optometric Society, past executive council member of the Illinois Optometric Association and a member of the American Optometric Association. He is also on the TLC Westchester Chicagoland Laser Eye Centers advisory board of directors. Dr. Bill is a member of the Batavia Chamber of Commerce. His practice style is personalized, progressive, comprehensive, and uses a friendly approach, while utilizing the highest technology equipment and keeping up-to-date by attending frequent continuing education courses.

Meet Ingryd Lorenzana, F.A.A.O., F.C.O.V.D. of Advanced Vision Center Located in Schaumburg, IL
Dr. Lorenzana is the President and Director of Lorenzana P.C. dba. Advanced
Vision Center located in Schaumburg, Illinois. Advanced Vision Center is first and foremost a Primary Eyecare Center. However, because of Dr. Lorenzana's unique educational and professional achievements, patient services at the practice have been expanded to include complex subspecialty care.
Born in Bogotá Colombia she moved to the United States when she was ten. She feels privileged to have completed her professional education in the USA, which she still refers to as "The land of opportunity". She actively participates as an optometric consultant to organizations such as Casa Central Head Start, Children's Home and Aid Society and La Fayette Specialty Academy, as well as serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Rainbow House, a non-profit institution that serves battered women and their children. Dr Lorenzana's personal struggle to learn English as a second language when she was very young enables her to identify with people of all kinds who encounter challenges on day-to-day basis, no matter there origin.
